Before You Request a Quote
What information do you need for a demolition or abatement quote?
Send the property address, what you want removed or tested, the approximate age and size of the building, and your target start date. Photos help, and for commercial projects drawings are useful. Tell us if hazardous material testing has already been done. With this information we can arrange a site visit and prepare an accurate, itemized estimate.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. HazGuard Environmental provides free estimates for demolition, asbestos removal, lead and mould remediation and our other services in Kelowna and the Okanagan. Most estimates follow a short site visit, so we can confirm the scope, check access and identify whether hazardous material testing is needed before work begins.
How soon can you start my project?
It depends on the scope and whether testing, abatement or a permit is needed first. Small jobs can often be scheduled quickly. For demolitions, we recommend contacting us two to four weeks before your target date, and four to six weeks for larger commercial projects, so testing and permits never hold up the work.
